for large and regular shape of the lot (20 urbanvoids), just outside the town but already supported by a sports center, I thought the design of a cultural center.
vladimir the cultural center has a clean shape and thin, off the ground and supported by cylindrical columns, is a glass box that encloses the interior and is characterized by a pedestrian ramp that runs along the back side. the simplicity of its materials and colors give the building a particular elegance.

Per caratterizzare la conclusione dell'isolato (4 urbanvoids), area su cui si affacciano due prospetti ciechi, avevo pensato ad un edificio a destinazione residenziale e commerciale.
Il complesso, a sezione curvilinea, disegna un ultimo e duplice movimento che da vita a due volumi differenti: un primo corpo caratterizzato da un rivestimento in laterizio e un secondo arretrato compared to the first and isolated by a glass floor .

l'edificio residenziale è caratterizzato da due corpi di fabbica divisi da un atrio sovradimensionato che al piano terra assume un carattere semi-pubblico, mentre nei livelli successivi crea una sequenza di spazi privati.
